1) We reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any product price that has been set forth, the terms and conditions and the contents of a specific product without notifying you. The benefits of a certain product can change, and you will not be entitled to the old product benefits if we change it. You may also not be entitled to benefits if a server closes down, resets or it is deemed a necessity for server balancing reasons. Rest assured that no rank benefit, or any other item in the store, will be changed without a valid reason.

2) Any staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all other parties related to this servers staff reserve the right, with to forcibly make you leave the server, permanently or temporarily, with no chance of refund. We also reserve the right to modify your service or remove it as we seem necessary at any time.

3) You agree to our refund policy which is simple, we provide no refunds unless otherwise stated. Due to allocating these funds directly into projects that work to improve BacoNetworks, we are unable to provide refunds to those who request them. As per these terms of service, attempting to go around this policy by reversing the payment with your bank or opening a dispute with PayPal will result in termination of your services and the banning of any of your present and future accounts from the network.

4) All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely as soon as the contract is accepted, and will remain to be active even after you quit, are banished, removed, or if you leave the server in any way.

5) There is no guarantee or service level agreement on server uptime or being able to join the server, and if any of the servers we offer ceases operations or reset any virtual items may be forfeit. Refund requests are subject to the discretion of BacoNetworks administration team. You also agree that you are making this purchase using a payment method that you are authorized to use.

6) All items are virtual and have no real world value and are not shipped physically in any way shape or form.

7) If you are under 13 years of age you must have the permission to use currency that is under your parents name/legal guardians name and that you take full responsibility for my actions. 

8) By using our store you agree that we may issue your invoice electronically and deliver it to your provided email address (upon request).
