How long does it take for my order to go through?

You should receive your order within 30 minutes after you have logged on to the server. If an order takes longer than 30 minutes to complete, please contact us on Discord under #issues_suggestions. 

May I refund my purchase?

After you have made a purchase, you cannot refund your order. If you dispute the payment you will be banned. We have all rights to ban you if you don't follow our rules!.

What if I don't have a PayPal account and want to donate with a credit card?

When you checkout click "Pay now with PayPal" and proceed until where it says login and look on the right, it should say 'Checkout as Guest' click it and pay with credit card!
